Problem

We want to enable our customers to pay their invoices digitally directly from the ePost app, while selecting the appropriate payment account, instead of on paper.

Solution

With the bLink interface, invoices can be paid where they arrive – in the ePost app. With the Payment Submission Service (PSS), we offer our customers the ability to add bank details in ePost and then transfer invoices directly from the app to the bank. With the Account Information Service (AIS), we also offer a convenient way to keep track of their current account balance. This way, our customers always know how much money they have available and whether they can pay an invoice in ePost from the desired account.

We chose the bLink interface because it allows us to digitally network the ePost solution with various banks in an efficient and secure way. The integration of bLink into our existing infrastructure gives us the flexibility to use PSS and AIS directly in ePost, providing real added value to our customers.

With bLink, our customers can transfer invoices directly from ePost to their e-banking and check their account balance in real time. This makes it easy to manage invoices and keep track of finances without having to open an additional application. This simplifies the payment process and makes it more user-friendly and transparent. The ability to view the current balance directly in the ePost app before making a payment gives customers peace of mind and confidence.

Another key advantage of bLink is data security and compliance. Because the platform is supported and regulated by Swiss banks, it ensures that all data is processed to the highest standards and is only accessible with the customer’s explicit consent. bLink also makes it easier for us to technically implement and maintain interfaces with various banks. Instead of connecting to each bank individually, we use the centralized bLink platform to which many banks are already connected. This allows us to provide PSS and AIS to our customers more quickly and expand our offering more efficiently.
